ONGOING CARE

Maintenance & Optimization

Because feeling well shouldn’t be temporary.

The initial phase of care establishes stability. Ongoing care is designed to protect and refine that stability over time.

Health is not a single intervention—it is a rhythm. As seasons change, stress fluctuates, and the body adapts, care must evolve accordingly. Our ongoing pathways provide structure without rigidity and guidance without pressure.

WHAT ONGOING CARE SUPPORTS

  • Care is adjusted based on how your body responds, your goals, and the season of life you are in. No two plans are identical.

  • Energy, skin, immune resilience, and metabolic demand shift throughout the year. We adjust care to support those changes rather than reacting after imbalance occurs.

  • Rather than waiting for symptoms or setbacks, we monitor trends and intervene thoughtfully to maintain momentum.

  • The goal is sustainability—steady energy, preserved muscle, resilient skin, and nervous system balance that holds over time.

HOW IT WORKS

After completing the Foundation phase, clients may be invited into a structured ongoing pathway aligned with their needs.

Some choose a lighter maintenance track with flexible pacing. Others continue in more structured renewal journeys for deeper optimization and oversight.

Each pathway is designed to support durability rather than intensity.

A DIFFERENT MODEL OF CARE

Ongoing care at Terrane is not about doing more. It is about doing what is appropriate, at the right time, to preserve what has been built.

Stability becomes strength when it is supported consistently.

How to Continue

Ongoing care options are discussed at the conclusion of your 90-Day Reset or during consultation.
