Shane Bailey, MD, FACC, FHRS
Dr. Shane Bailey is a board-certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist specializing in the electrical system of the heart. With extensive experience in complex arrhythmias and cardiac therapies, he brings a deep understanding of the body’s most intricate systems to Terrane.
His transition into longevity medicine and aesthetic oversight reflects his belief that optimal health is preventive and integrative. At Terrane, Dr. Bailey guides all medical protocols, IV formulations, peptide and NAD+ therapies, ensuring every service is grounded in scientific rigor and long-term thinking

Kristi McIntyre, RN, CANS
Kristi is a Registered Nurse First Assistant with more than 15 years of experience across general, orthopedic, and plastic surgery. Her background bridges surgical precision with a preventative, wellness-centered philosophy of care.
At Terrane, Kristi approaches aesthetic medicine with restraint and intention. She prioritizes facial harmony, skin integrity, and natural results that hold over time. Known for her calm presence and thoughtful evaluation, she creates treatment plans that feel measured rather than reactive — always protecting structure before pursuing refinement.

DeAnn Taylor, FNP-C, APRN
DeAnn brings over a decade of advanced practice experience in primary and urgent care, with a clinical focus on complex medical conditions, sustainable weight management, and metabolic health. Her background includes frontline experience as a registered nurse in a Level I trauma emergency department, where she developed a steady, systems-based approach to patient care, as well as experience in pediatric settings.
At Terrane, DeAnn practices from a whole-systems perspective — looking beyond symptoms to understand how the body adapts, compensates, and heals over time. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful evaluation, safe prescribing, and long-term metabolic stability rather than short-term correction.

Katrina Johnson, LE
Katrina brings discipline, attention to detail, and a deep-rooted interest in wellness to her role at Terrane. With a background in athletics and a passion for skin health, she approaches esthetics with both precision and care.
She supports our Skin & Feature Refinement services, including DiamondGlow, microneedling support, chemical peels, and brow and lash enhancements. Her philosophy centers on maintenance and strengthening the skin over time rather than aggressive correction.

Paige Parker, LE, CPT
Paige Parker serves as the Front Desk Coordinator at Terrane Aesthetics and is both a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Her background in skincare and fitness allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to health, wellness, and patient care.
As the first point of contact for many clients, Paige helps create a welcoming and organized experience while supporting the practice’s physician-led approach to aesthetics and wellness. Her understanding of both skin health and physical wellness allows her to communicate thoughtfully with clients and contribute to the supportive, client-focused environment Terrane is known for.
